Deutsche Post AG Section Euro Express announced that the pre-paid topicla labels are now sold exclusively in sealed packages. National destination labels are available post office, post shop and postal service agent. International destination labels are only available in post offices (category VL1
which are "Centre Filialen"). By 2002-09-30 all unsealed pre-paid topical labels will go out of sale
and have to be returned to head quarters for disposal. No last day of sale or first day of sale facilities are available.

Registered customers of my book "Hologram on stamps" (first or second edition) can request
additional information and pictures in a read only  PDF-file until 31st of March 2003 free of charge.
