The Postal Service of Romania has issued a stamp sheet on November 21st 2002.
The stamp sheet bears two stamps of identical design with a hologram in the top right corner.
The issue commemorates the "Invitation of Romania to join NATO". All mint stamp sheets are numbered in the left hand bottom coner of the sheet.
In addition to the mint stamp sheet an official FDC cover has been issued by the postal service.
All mint stamp sheets are numbered.These covers are numbered on the reverse side of
the cover and it was announced that the number of copies are limited to 1000 covers.

Registered customers of my book "Hologram on stamps" (first or second edition) can request
additional information and pictures in a read only  PDF-file until 31st of March 2003 free of charge.
