The first PortoCard® issued with a hologram was in conjunction with the initiation of the broadcasting of the ASTRA space satellite in 1995. The hologram on the cover shows the company logo which is also the satellite. The production was done by Deutsche Post AG and already bears the PortoCard logo but does not have an ID mark (production number).

The booklet contained 3 stamps with a postage value of DM 3.00
