In 1993, from the 16th to the 23rd of March, CeBIT 94 Fair took place in Hannover. During this fair the German Postal Service supported a special exhibition "Briefmarken mit Hologram" / "Holografische Kommunikation" (Stamps with Holograms / Holografic Communication). For this event and in support of the exhibition several postal stationary items and special prints where produced. They were available to visitors of the exhibition and vistors to the postal service stand at the fair. One example of the applied holograms is visible on the outside of this information folder.
