In July,1999 a third  non-topical, pre-paid parcel label bearing a hologram was introduced. Once again this label  does not have special designs or  validity for unlimited weight. This one is also sold without shipping boxes and includes areas for adding postage fees according to the weight of the parcels. This label is valid for European destinations (and already includes home pickup fees).

The name of the product "FREEWAY" was selected since these parcels can be handed over to any parcel delivery representative delivering a parcel. If no delivery is expected, a phone number is available to notifiy the parcel service and the parcel will be picked up the next day. Therefore "FREEWAY" means no waiting in any line or at any post office counter.
